Licensed Professional Counselor

I have over 12 years of experience and I’m committed to helping school-based students and independent adults learn how to navigate challenges in their daily lives. My work focuses on acceptance and accountability, restructuring negative and maladaptive thoughts and beliefs. I believe in taking a realistic, solution-focused approach to helping people identify, plan for and reach their goals.
