I have over 12 years of experience and I’m committed to helping school based students and independent adults learn how to navigate challenges in their daily lives. My work focuses on acceptance and accountability, restructuring thoughts and beliefs around yourself and relationships. I believe in taking a realistic, solution focused approach to helping clients identify, plan for and reach their goals.
